The Season 2009/10

Will be the best yet, we plan to visit the resorts listed below through Jan,Feb and March.

All the resorts that we visit are chosen so that they cater for all levels of skiing and boarding  in addition to this we always make sure that the apartments,Hotels and Chalets that we stay in are as close to the pistes, shops and restaurants as possible as we know no one likes a big hike to the lifts.

At least one of our club leaders will have first hand knowledge of the village and the mountain, and will be able to point you in the right direction.

Skiing Trips 2009/10

When coming skiing with the club you will NOT be tied down to just one fixed travel plan, instead we offer you 3 different ways to arrive at the resort.

Self Drive

You and three of your best friends drive to the resort and meet us there,  you will need snow chains the benefit of this is that you are not stuck at the airport for hours and you can make more of a holiday out of it by leaving on a Friday with a stop-over in a hotel Friday night leaving you about an hours drive Saturday morning so you arrive about 9AM giving you an EXTRA day skiing.

Driving Time not including stops 8-9 Hours from Calais  (600Miles Rhone Alps)

Cost based on 4 sharing Approx £400 (£100 per person)

Stop over in a Hotel Approx £25 per person

Plane

if you don’t like to drive then book yourself a flight ideal for people coming alone most flights get into France about 10am and by the time you clear customs and have done the transfer it will be about 1Pm. (Transfers are included in the skiing price.)

Train

Fancy something different then book the snow train this leaves from London and Ashford Kent on a Friday night about 10pm and arrives in Bourg St Maurice at about 6.30am this is a direct service from the UK,  return times are the same but on the saturday night giving you 2 Extra days skiing.  (Transfers from the Station are included in the skiing price.)
